Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team goals.
- Track and report sales activities and outcomes using CRM software to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management team.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
- Oregon Real estate license required
Compensation
$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
