• Develop and update company status reports and tracking systems.
• Participate in PLACE Operations onboarding and ongoing consulting sessions.
• Design, implement, and manage systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management, and marketing.
• Collaborate with PLACE Finance to manage all team financial systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and profit and loss statements.
• Supervise all contracts from listing launch to closing.
• Develop and maintain the team’s operations manual, documenting all systems and standards.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and coaching of operations team members.
• Execute talent and Power of Moments campaigns.
• Engage in PLACE Talent Acquisition consulting and implement talent attraction strategies.
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
• Attain expertise in PLACE Technology.

• 5+ years’ real estate operations experience preferred
