• Create and maintain company status reports and tracking
• Enter PLACE Operations Onboarding and ongoing consulting sessions.
• Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management, and marketing.
• Partner with PLACE Finance and is responsible for all team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget, and profit and loss statement.
• Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.
• Create and maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching members of the operations team. 
• Implement talent and Power of Moments campaigns. 
• Engage in PLACE Talent Acquisition consulting and implements talent attraction systems.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call.
• Become an expert of the PLACE Technology.

• 10+ years of real estate operations experience preferred
