Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain company status reports and tracking
  • Enter PLACE Operations Onboarding and ongoing consulting sessions.
  • Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing.
  • Partner with PLACE Finance and is responsible for all team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement.
  • Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.
  • Create and maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
  • Responsible for hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team. 
  • Implement talent and Power of Moments campaigns. 
  • Engage in PLACE Talent Acquisition consulting and implements talent attraction systems.
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
  • Become an expert of the PLACE Technology.

Compensation

$40,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
