Please note: This position is entirely commission-based!

• Execute a lead generation lever weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Prospects for, follows-up with, presents to, and services buyers
• Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding homeownership
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search process.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers

• Enthusiastic about engaging with clients and skilled at building and sustaining professional connections
• Motivated to assist others while dedicated to advancing your expertise in real estate and leadership
• Collaborative team member
• Holds a valid real estate license
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
