• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service
• Utilize leads provided by the company to build and maintain a strong client base
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
• Collaborate with the Path Home Team to develop personalized marketing strategies for each property
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance real estate knowledge and sales skills
• Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements in compliance with legal requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, property values, and financing options

• Valid real estate license in the state of Colorado
• Recently licensed or newly licensed real estate agent
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Comfortable using technology and real estate software tools
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development

$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
