• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering outstanding customer service 🏡🤝
• Leverage company-provided leads to grow and sustain a robust client network 📈📞
• Host property showings and open houses to effectively present listings to prospective buyers 🏠👀
• Work closely with the Path Home Team to create tailored marketing plans for each property 📊🎯
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve real estate expertise and sales techniques 📚💡
• Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements ensuring full legal compliance 📝✔️
• Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and financing options to better serve clients 📅💰

• Valid real estate license in the state of Colorado
• Recently licensed or newly licensed real estate agent (not required to apply)
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Comfortable using technology and real estate software tools
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Passion for helping clients find their perfect home
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs

$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
