Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly team meetings and power-up training sessions.
- Complete foundational training on our CRM system.
- Follow through with the 30-60-90 day onboarding and training plan.
- Join weekly group training and role-playing exercises.
- Support clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing properties while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Perform market analysis to find properties that align with client requirements and preferences.
- Draft and review real estate documents including contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Organize property showings, open houses, and client appointments to ensure smooth transactions.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals.
- Keep informed about local market conditions, property valuations, and relevant legal regulations.
- Work closely with the LuxeLife Group team to create marketing plans and expand your client network.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey
- Recently licensed or within the first 12 months of licensure
- Strong desire to build a successful career in real estate sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of real estate principles and local market trends
- Proficient with technology, including CRM software and social media platforms
- Willingness to attend ongoing training and professional development sessions
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high ethical standards
Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
