• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You bring one or more languages in addition to English, and are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$80,000 - $205,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.

The top agents at KW Everett service all of Western Washington State. Your multi-lingual skills will allow you to serve a larger base of communities. Our specialties include short residential, new construction, relocation, first time buyers, commercial, and investment properties.
