• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns to promote real estate listings and company initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for strategic marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the real estate team to gather information for content creation and promotional activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure the company's online presence remains innovative and competitive.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and a passion for staying abreast of emerging trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of real estate principles (additional knowledge gained during the internship is acceptable).
