We are seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous team player eager to join our expanding, fast-paced team. This role requires wearing multiple hats, so a positive attitude, flexibility, and keen attention to detail are essential. Bookkeeping experience is a must, along with the ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive outlook.

• Build agent relations by calling, emailing, and social media postings
•  Process commission requests accurately and timely with attention to detail
•  Accounting services including accounts receivable, payroll, and update Google spreadsheets with financial data
•  Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers and vendors
•  Review sales and trend reports
•  Forecast models and budgeting
•  Accountable to deadlines with a "whatever it takes" attitude
•  Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organizations standards
•  Help coordinate events, internal communication, and office social and training activities with a high level of agent engagement

•  Display strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
•  Attention to detail and accountability to deadlines
•  Experience with Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office
•  Database management and accounting software are a plus
•  2 years of experience or similar work experience required
•  High school diploma, G.E.D. with college experience

$65,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
