Responsibilities

  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses every month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards
  • Actively partake in team events and activities as per team guidelines
  • Dedicate time to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and locate suitable properties
  • Draft and negotiate offers for your clients
  • Monitor activities and client progress using PLACE Technology

Compensation

$90,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
