Are you a visual storyteller who sees the world through a lens and loves bringing places and people to life on camera? We’re hiring a Camera & Drone Wizard to help us capture the magic of Central Texas real estate — one shot at a time.

About the Role

We’re building a high-quality video library to power everything from YouTube to Instagram, and we need someone who can be out in the field capturing raw, cinematic footage that shows off:

• Real estate listings (interiors, exteriors, drone flyovers)
• Neighborhoods & communities (parks, shops, local favorites, schools)
• People (buyers, sellers, agents, vendors, clients, and team moments)
• Points of interest (downtowns, trails, events, culture, and lifestyle)

You’ll spend your days exploring, filming, and uploading raw footage. We’ll handle the editing—your job is to fill the library with gold.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is skilled behind the camera and with drone operation (FAA Part 107 certified or willing to get certified)
• Has an eye for light, composition, and movement
• Can work independently and follow a shot list, but also brings creative energy to the table
• Is organized and reliable with footage delivery
• Understands how to tell a story with the camera—even if it’s just raw clips
• Collaborate with real estate agents to understand the unique selling points of each property and highlight them in visual content.
• Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring all cameras, drones, and related gear are in excellent working condition.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in real estate photography and drone usage to continuously improve the quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations regarding drone operations and photography permissions.
• Organize and archive visual content for easy access and retrieval by the marketing and sales teams.

You’ll Need:

• Your own gear (camera, gimbal, drone, basic audio)
• Transportation around Austin and nearby areas
• A flexible schedule and good communication habits
• Willingness to shoot in a variety of conditions (indoors, outdoors, different times of day)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Real estate or lifestyle filming experience
• Ability to scout cool local spots to feature
• Comfort shooting people on-camera in real environments (with permissions)
