In this role, you'll act as the pivotal first runner in a relay race, ensuring our clients are smoothly guided across the finish line.

Your keen sense of aesthetics, akin to that of a seasoned HGTV producer or an Extreme Makeover Home Edition director, allows you to transform any home from ordinary to extraordinary, ensuring it's market-ready in no time. The ability to concentrate on individual tasks while juggling multiple priorities, coupled with a relentlessly positive attitude, defines your approach to work. You're the go-to person for getting things done, with client satisfaction and maintaining the team's integrity as your top priorities. Preferring collaboration over individual accolades, your role is instrumental in eliminating distractions, enabling agents to concentrate on generating new business and closing deals. Responsibilities

Create Structure: You will play an integral part in continuing to build the business. You will improve, create, implement, and document systems and will ensure that the team runs efficiently hand in hand with the Director of Operations.

Manage Deal Flow: This includes preparing agents for Listing Appointments, vendor coordination, project managing the home in preparation for sale being the #1 client contact and the go to person for any questions. Working with the contractors, stagers, photographers etc to get the homes on the market starting with the brokers open house debut will be your number one priority and responsibility. Once the home is on the market, you will communicate with the seller’s status updates and review and process offers with the highest level of thoroughness.

Marketing: Craft compelling and visually appealing marketing presentations including writing content, creative call to action campaigns and strong verbal communication skills. Excellent spelling, grammar, sentence structure & graphic design skills are a must. Creativity and out of the box thinking is required every day along with the ability to keep abreast of current marketing trends and technologies.

Support: Calendar management, project management timelines, organizing listing files and materials, developing, drafting and composing correspondence and copywriting that consists of crisp and intellectual content. Organization skills and great attention to detail are required to succeed in this role. Must be comfortable doing any task, no matter how small if it supports the team.

This position is absolutely critical to our team’s success to grow and achieve our goals. The level of client service and the amount of volume that runs through this position will be watched by team management closely

Qualifications

You are a detail oriented operations based professional who has a knack for marketing. You are excited about using technology in your day-to-day job functions but also LOVE interacting and serving people. Your organization is second to none and you can execute while having fun with a thriving team.

Real Estate Experience and Background: An active CA Real Estate License is required. Licensed individuals must be open to learning how our team operates and follow our systems.

Wordsmith: You communicate effectively in writing; whether you are soliciting feedback from agents or clients, sending a counter offer on a property or composing a letter, you know how to craft a message that gets your point across.

Tech Savvy: Ready, willing & able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common IT issues. You have a strong computer skill set and are proficient in MS Office Suite including One Drive, Word, Excel & Powerpoint, Publisher; Zipforms, Docusign, Dropbox, Brivity, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Google Suite, video editing software, and are well versed in all social media platforms. Must be a quick learner and ready to learn as each of those programs are integral to the day-to-day aspect of the job.

Perfectionist: You operate with a high level of professionalism and present yourself as such. Quality is of the utmost importance to you. You review documents with a fine toothcomb, so to speak, requiring you to proofread carefully and efficiently before submitting for approval.

Organized: You pay attention to the smallest detail and are able to juggle multiple projects with the big picture in mind. You have and are able to work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary and often.

Attitude: You have a learning based personality and an impeccable reputation for integrity. Must possess a deep passion for service, success and ultimately growth. An outgoing personality must be possessed. We are looking for someone who is personable and comfortable with meeting new people and networking.
