Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
  • Implement PLACE's lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
  • Host two open houses each month.
  • Transform lead generation and prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines.
  • Actively participate in all team-related activities.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls.
  • Provide consultations to sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties.
  • Apply expert knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing services.
  • Skillfully negotiate deals to favor your sellers.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years Licensed Experience in Colorado: You must have at least two years of experience as a licensed real estate agent within Colorado, or no fewer than 12 closed transactions in the past 12 months.
  • Dynamic Sales Expert: You have an inherent drive and a competitive edge, with a passion for sales that defines your professional identity.
  • Skilled in Relationship Management: You excel at establishing connections, actively listening, and identifying client needs, making relationship building a natural skill for you.
  • Proficient in Lead Generation: Your strengths lie in effective prospecting and lead generation, areas where you consistently excel.
  • Adept Problem Solver: You are proficient in overcoming challenges and handling objections, always prepared with innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You possess outstanding communication abilities, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all exchanges.
  • Collaborative Team Member: You thrive in a team environment, contributing positively and enhancing team dynamics.
  • Qualified and Experienced: You hold a real estate license and have either three years of sales experience or have closed at least 12 listings in the previous two years.
  • Dedicated to Continuous Learning: You are committed to personal and professional growth, actively seeking to expand your knowledge, including mastering scripts and dialogues for client engagement.
  • Organized and Time-Efficient: You demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring high productivity and efficiency in your role.

Compensation

$125,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
