• Managing and nurturing client relationships—many of which are repeat or referral-based
• Conducting listing presentations with professionalism and market expertise
• Pricing, staging, and preparing homes for market
• Overseeing marketing and promotional strategies to maximize exposure
• Communicating with clients throughout the transaction to ensure a smooth, successful closing
• Working alongside a well-established support team that helps keep everything on track
• Keeping in touch with past clients and sphere to maintain strong, long-term relationships

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
