Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Secure new listings through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Deliver world-class service and results to sellers
- Price, market, and negotiate listings to maximize client outcomes
- Lead the transaction process with the backing of administrative and marketing support
- Represent Ginger & Company’s standard of excellence in the Triangle market
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- NC Real Estate License (active or in progress)
- A strong closer with confidence in pricing and negotiation
- Competitive, ambitious, and focused on results
- Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Previous listing or sales experience a plus
Compensation
$125,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
