Job Summary

The Bergin Group is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Listing Agent to join our team at our Hesperia office, located at 12765 Main St, Ste 640, Hesperia, USA, 92344. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting clients with selling their properties by offering expert guidance, conducting market analyses, and providing outstanding customer service. You will oversee the entire listing process, from the initial consultation to the final closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients. • Market and stage properties for optimal presentation and increased buyer interest.
• Conduct thorough property evaluations and provide accurate pricing recommendations.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
• Coordinate and oversee property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and disclosures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.

• Active Real Estate License in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Listing Agent or in a similar role
• Proven track record of successful property sales
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Hesperia and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using MLS systems and other real estate software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required

$50,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
