Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Consult with sellers, secure signed listing agreements, and guide them through the home-selling process
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
- Market listings effectively using PLACE systems and resources
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your seller clients
- Track all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into listing appointments
- Host open houses as needed to support team marketing strategies
- Participate in weekly script practice in alignment with team standards
- Engage consistently in team meetings, events, and activities
- Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, team training, and the PLACE Partner Call
- Stay current on local market trends, inventory, and pricing strategies to serve your sellers at the highest level
Qualifications
You are a driven and confident sales professional with a natural ability to lead conversations and influence outcomes. You thrive in competitive environments and are skilled at building trust, presenting value, and guiding sellers through complex decisions. You're proactive, persuasive, and committed to delivering an outstanding listing experience from pricing to closing.
- Team player with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
- Active real estate license
- 2–3+ years of real estate sales experience (listing experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Learning-based and growth-minded
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable with scripts, pricing strategies, and objection handling
- Strong time management and follow-up skills
- Deep understanding of local market trends (or willingness to develop quickly)
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,800 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
