• Graduate from PLACE Launch training program
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct Open Houses minimum of 4 times per month
• Preview real estate constantly to hone market expertise
