The Angela Thompson Group of Keller Williams Pinehurst, powered by PLACE, is seeking a Licensed Showing Assistant to support our team and provide an exceptional experience for our buyers. In this role, you’ll schedule and conduct property showings, communicate with clients, and assist our Buyer’s Agents throughout the home-buying process. This position is perfect for a motivated agent looking to gain hands-on experience, learn proven systems, and grow into a full-time sales role. With mentorship, training, and clear opportunities for advancement, you’ll have the support you need to build a long-term, successful career in real estate.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
