Responsibilities
- Engage with buyers to secure signed agreements and help them find suitable homes.
- Represent and negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
- Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation, with training provided by us!
- Host open houses on a monthly basis, with a collaborative planning process.
- Utilize Brivity Technology to monitor tasks and activities.
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Join weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards.
- Take part in team activities according to team guidelines.
- Advise sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties.
- Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- Prospecting and generating leads are among your core competencies.
- Exceptional communicator with a dedication to customer service.

- Holds a valid real estate license.
- Preferably, over three years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
- Eager to learn and focused on personal and professional growth.
- Highly organized.
- Open to mastering scripts and dialogues.
- Outstanding time management abilities.
Compensation
$70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
