Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Practice and master dialogues and presentations
- Lead generate to build pipeline and database
- Consistently follow-up with pipeline and database
- Show houses
- Take listings
- Negotiate contracts
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in California
- Enthusiasm for real estate and a strong desire to succeed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- A desire for continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Compensation
$85,000 - $154,321 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
