Ongoing Training: Complete 12 week training course to get your business up and running within first 100 days on team

Coaching: Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, weekly 1:1 coaching session, training calls, and in-person team meeting

Business Management: Work with lead agents to guide their clients to homes then provide detailed, written feedback following client appointments and write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients

Lead Generation: Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week and track tasks and activities in Place CRM
