• Graduate from Agent Launch- 12 week program that teaches you how to be successful in today's market. The average agent gains 3 pending/closings during this time.
• Generate and/or convert inquiries into appointments.
• Set and hold appointments with potential clients and secure representation agreements.
• Maintain database of leads and clients to build a pipeline of business.
• Write and Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients.
• Participate in team trainings and coaching sessions.
• Become an expert of the local market.

$50,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
