• Manage your CRM database daily
• Become listing and buyer certified
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
• Track your activities and conversions
• Consult with buyers, and convert into buyer-signed agreements
• Consult with sellers by demonstrating expertise in pricing strategies

You must demonstrate grit, strive for results, be passionate about becoming a leader, and understand the importance of wealth-building.
