• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal and company standards.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to maintain licensure and professional knowledge.

• Valid real estate license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent preferred
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate software and MLS systems
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with Dream Team United’s service area (Highwoods Blvd, Greensboro, NC) is a plus

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
