Responsibilities
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Become Listing certified
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
- Commit to 4X weekly morning power-ups
- Go on listing appointments set by fellow Licensed Real Estate Agents
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, listing-related and market homes
- Use PLACE Technology to track your activities and manage client information
Qualifications
- Highly motivated sales professional with a competitive nature
- Exceptional ability to build rapport, listen to client needs, and identify solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and lead generation
- Skilled in overcoming objections
- Strong communicator with a commitment to service
- Collaborative team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- Experience in real estate sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Growth-oriented and eager to learn
- Highly organized
- Willingness to master scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
$100 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
