• Graduate from Place Agent Launch within 3 months of start date (for new and experienced agents)
• Execute prospecting and lead generation activities daily
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Build rapport with clients and be able to bring them solutions and solid guidance through the home selling and buying process
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and partner call, and daily power up meetings
• Track tasks and activities in Place Technology

• Real Estate License Required
• 1+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• 3+ years' of sales and customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Team player
• Straight forward and honest communicator
• Organized with excellent time management skills

$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
