Yoffie Real Estate Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team at our El Dorado Hills office. Located at 4359 Town Center Blvd #217, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. As a Real Estate Agent with Yoffie Real Estate Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate the complexities of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Shadowing/Training

• Complete 12 week training series to take your business to the next level within 100 days of joining the team

Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Execute prospecting and lead generation activities daily
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• You'll join in weekly script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills
• Hold at least one open house each week
• Track tasks and activities in cutting-edge Place CRM

Consultation, Home Selection & Negotiation

• Leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers and sellers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients' goals
• Consult with buyers, identify homes that meet their needs and secure signed buyer agreements
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Build rapport with clients and be able to bring them solutions and solid guidance through the home selling and buying process

• You'll train, role-play, and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly training calls, and weekly in-person meetings

• Real Estate License Required
• Strong communication skills you are straightforward and honest
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues you want to grow your business and will leverage Place resources to do so
• Team player You want to participate in exciting team activities that foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging
• Organized with excellent time management skills you understand that time is money and want to work efficiently

$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
