Responsibilities
- Conduct open houses regularly
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Weekly script practice
- Weekly coaching sessions and training
- Consult with sellers, convert them into listings, and effectively market their homes.
- Expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
