• Host two open houses each month
• Obtain Listing certification
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Participate in team events according to team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Commit to 4X weekly morning power-ups
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
• Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
• Attend listing appointments arranged by fellow Licensed Real Estate Agents
• Use PLACE Technology to track your activities and manage client information

$100 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
