Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch program and weekly lead generation activities
  • Prepare and negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
  • Track tasks and client activity using PLACE Technology
  • Convert leads into client appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
  • Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
  • Advise clients on pricing, staging, and listing strategies

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and driven sales professional with a competitive mindset
  • Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and identifying client needs
  • Proven expertise in prospecting and lead generation
  • Confident in handling objections and guiding clients through decisions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to client service
  • Collaborative team player
  • Valid Michigan real estate license
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate sales
  • Growth-oriented, committed to continuous learning and skill development
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
  • Open to learning and implementing scripts and dialogues

Compensation

$70,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
