Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
- Possess a strong intrinsic motivation and competitive drive in sales
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport, actively listen, and identify client needs
- Expertise in prospecting and lead generation
- Natural aptitude for overcoming objections
- Exceptional communication skills and dedication to service
- Collaborative team member
- Licensed real estate professional
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate sales
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
- Highly organized
- Open to learning and applying scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management abilities
Compensation
$70,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
