• Participate in weekly lead generation activities.
• Transform prospecting and lead generation endeavors into scheduled appointments.
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals and team meetings.
• Speak with potential buyers, search for suitable homes, and draft and negotiate offers on client's behalf.
• Hold weekly Open Houses.
• Engage in training and online certification courses.
