• Active Real Estate License in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Buyer Agent
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
• Strong knowledge of the Colorado Springs real estate market

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously

$91,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
