• Complete the PLACE Launch training program with success
• Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process, secure signed buyer agreements, and help them find suitable properties
• Act as a representative for both sellers and buyers during negotiation of offers
• Maintain thorough and precise records of all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines
• Attend team meetings and events as required
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and other aspects related to listings
