Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generation and tracking systems
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and negotiate offers
- Consult with sellers, convert to signed listings and negotiate offers
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Participate in daily script practice, weekly 1:1 coaching session, trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications
You are a self-driven sales expert with a natural competitive drive. Your talent lies in establishing connections, attentively understanding others' needs, and pinpointing effective solutions. Prospecting and generating leads are areas where you excel. Tackling objections is second nature to you. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$85,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
