Responsibilities
- Actively manage and grow relationship within the existing database
- Convert referrals and repeat business into long-term clients
- lead buyer and seller consultations with professionalism
- Represent the brand with integrity and excellence
- Follow proven systems and accountability standards
- Participate in ongoing coaching and develop,ent
- Contribute to long-term business planning and leadership
This role requires initiative, consistency and ownership
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of residential sales experiece with a proven track record of 10+ transactions (not rentals) aanually
Strong negotiations and communicatio skills
Coachable,growth oriented minset
Highlevel of personal accountability
Demolnstrated professionalism and integrity
Only experiened, producing agents will be considered
Compensation
$300,000 - $400,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
