Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers
  • Maintain task and activity tracking within PLACE Technology
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice as per team standards
  • Engage in team activities following team guidelines
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers, convert leads to listings, and market properties effectively
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services

Qualifications

You are a self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge. You excel at building rapport, actively listening to client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths, and overcoming objections comes naturally. You communicate clearly and are dedicated to exceptional service.

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

$100,000 - $160,000 USD annually

This is a commission-based role.

Compensation

$50,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
