Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program to ensure you're fully prepared for your role.
  • Collaborate closely with sales agents to assist their clients in exploring and selecting homes that meet their needs.
  • Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help refine and confirm clients' search criteria for their ideal home.
  • Take an active role in writing and negotiating offers, representing both the sales agent and their clients in these crucial transactions.
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours each week to generating leads, a critical component of your role.
  • Engage regularly in weekly script practice sessions, adhering to the team's high standards for professional development.
  • Actively participate in team activities, contributing to and benefiting from our collaborative work environment.
  • Commit to ongoing personal and professional growth through weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, team trainings, and the Partner Call.
  • Diligently track and manage tasks and activities using PLACE Technology, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in your role.

Qualifications

  • Possess a natural enthusiasm for working with diverse individuals and excel in nurturing and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Exhibit a strong passion for assisting others, coupled with a dedication to your growth in both real estate knowledge and leadership abilities.
  • Naturally people-centric, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Maintain a consistently cheerful demeanor.
  • Comfortable with extensive driving as a significant part of the job.
  • Skilled in assessing client requirements and preferences to effectively match them with suitable properties.
  • Eager to learn and grow continuously in the field.
  • Demonstrates ambition and a track record of success.
  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Holds or in the processing obtaining a valid real estate license in CO.

Compensation

$80,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
