Please note: This is a commission-based role offering multiple avenues for income generation.
Responsibilities
- Complete our New Agent Launch Program: Successfully graduate from our comprehensive training program designed to kickstart your real estate career.
- Client Guidance: Collaborate with sales agents to navigate clients through home viewings, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Feedback and Refinement: Provide detailed, written feedback to help refine clients’ search criteria, enhancing the home selection process.
- Offer Management: Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients, aiming for optimal outcomes.
- Lead Generation: Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to generating leads, expanding client base and opportunities.
- Skill Development: Engage in weekly script practice sessions to sharpen communication skills, adhering to team standards.
- Team Engagement: Actively participate in all team activities, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ongoing Training and Coaching: Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, additional training, and more to continuously develop professional skills.
Qualifications
- NC Real Estate License: Mandatory possession of a valid license to practice real estate in North Carolina or in the process of obtaining a license.
- Interpersonal Skills: You thrive in a people-centric environment and excel at developing and sustaining professional relationships.
- Supportive Nature: You possess a strong inclination to assist others, paired with a commitment to your own growth in the real estate sector and in leadership capacities.
- Drive and Mobility: Comfortable with extensive driving as a fundamental part of daily responsibilities.
- Client Needs Analysis: Skilled at assessing client requirements and effectively matching them with suitable properties.
- Rapport Building: Exceptional ability at establishing and maintaining rapport with clients.
- Ambition and Success: Can demonstrate ambition for achieving success.
- Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Client Dedication: Willingness to consistently go above and beyond to meet and exceed client expectations.
Compensation
$50,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
