- Have developed a network of 200+ trusted contacts who know, respect, and depend on them.
- Are motivated by continuous learning, personal development, and the goal of becoming leaders in Atlanta’s luxury real estate market.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Licensed professional
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Sphere of Influence of 200+ People
- Engaged in 3 or more communities in Atlanta
- Loves Real Estate
- Extremely Hard Working
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Team Player
- Organized
- Willingness to learn and practice scripts and dialogues every day
- Excellent time management skills and experienced with time-blocking calendar
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
