Responsibilities
- Responsible for keeping the database up-to-date
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge
- Effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Knowledgeable about communities, schools & amenities
- Weekly coaching sessions and trainings
- Track of your progress, monitor your results, and identify areas for improvement.
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive
- Be persistent, patient, and professional
- Responsible for qualifying leads and conveying their motivation
Qualifications
To excel as an Inside Sales Agent, it's important to be an excellent communicator and be able to build rapport with potential clients. This requires good listening skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Compensation
$110,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
