Your Opportunity

Join a results-driven real estate team where your communication skills and consistency are your superpower. As a Full-Time Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with The Artisan Group, you’ll play a key role in generating business opportunities through lead follow-up, nurturing relationships, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is more than a call center position—it’s a professional growth path. You’ll receive training, scripts, and systems through PLACE, plus hands-on coaching from industry leaders. You’ll work closely with our agents and leadership team to convert leads, manage the database, and ensure clients receive exceptional service from first contact to closing.

The majority of your work can be done remotely, but we’re looking for candidates who live in the U.S. (preferably Colorado) and can occasionally attend in-person training or team events.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Qualify potential clients by assessing their needs and readiness to buy or sell real estate
  • Ability to work remotely in a quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable internet and professional phone presence
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients and real estate agents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system
  • Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospective clients

  • Quick learner with the ability to master and apply sales scripts

  • Real estate license is a plus

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
