Responsibilities

  • Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize our PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts 
  • Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments for our sales agents
  • Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments for our sales agents
  • Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to our real estate sales agents
  • Manage database and productivity reports
  • Commit to skill development through education and script practice 
  • Become a real estate local expert 
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Calls
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people via the phone, email or text. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Sales experience tracking to a quota 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Compensation

$40,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
