Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of real estate transactions while maintaining exceptional client service and attention to detail
  • Conduct market research to identify new property listings and potential buyers in the Scottsdale area
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings efficiently to maximize sales opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve favorable terms for clients and the company
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, listings, and sales activities
  • Utilize company CRM and marketing tools to generate leads and nurture client relationships consistently

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a high-volume real estate agent with a track record of closing numerous transactions efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of the Scottsdale real estate market and surrounding areas
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional integrity

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
