Responsibilities

  • Complete our 90-day Agent Launch program, designed to equip you with essential real estate skills and strategies, where new agents typically close up to 3 deals, and experienced agents as many as 8 deals.
  • Assist buyers in finding their ideal home, crafting compelling offers, and successfully getting those offers accepted using our proven systems.
  • Provide precise, written feedback to help refine and confirm clients’ search criteria, enhancing communication and increasing the chances of offer acceptance.
  • Skillfully write and negotiate offers to advocate effectively for both our sales agents and clients.
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation, schedule appointments, and convert leads into clients using our provided scripts and training.
  • Organize and conduct eight open houses each month, with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • Engage actively in team activities, including daily meetings, script practice, and client events, contributing to our collaborative team environment.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development through weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and partner calls to continuously advance your career.
  • Utilize PLACE Technology to meticulously track tasks and activities, ensuring efficient management of your workflow.

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Real Estate License or commitment to acquire one before employment begins.
  • At least 2 years of real estate sales experience, with a solid history of successful transactions.
  • Deep knowledge of the McAllen area real estate market and its surroundings.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, adept at managing client expectations.
  • Skilled in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capable of working autonomously with little oversight and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Access to a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to meet client needs and business demands.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are strongly preferred to serve a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, dedicated to superior customer service.
  • Proficient in leveraging technology for virtual showings and meetings to meet the preferences of clients.
  • Dedicated to continuous professional growth and upholding the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.

Compensation

$60,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
