Our team is devoted to delivering outstanding service and expertise, ensuring a smooth and fulfilling experience for our clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you'll utilize your passion for real estate and deep market insight to assist clients in making well-informed decisions. We are eager to foster the growth of the next generation of real estate professionals! Please be aware that this role is commission-based. • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$30,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
