• Successfully complete our nationally-recognized Pre-Launch program

Utilized by hundreds of the most elite real estate teams in the country, our Pre-Launch program will prepare you for massive success, by allowing you to focus on building a massive business the right way.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch within 90 days after start date

You'll engage with our national real estate coach to complete the most thorough path to success in the industry day. Fully engaged, and the average agents puts about 4 homes under contract during the course.

• Work with team leader and agents to show clients suitable properties

What could be better than touring homes and making new friends? You'll top-grade your knowledge of the local market while making money with each closing.

• Host a minimum of two open houses a week

Continue to refine your skills and build a big business by identifying buyers every week at our open houses. You'll learn the methods our co-founder used to leverage open houses into an annual multi-million dollar business.

• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week using team scripts and systems

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We'll provide the scripts, systems, and leads, but at the end of the day, only you get decide whether this is the place for you. Be teachable and take action, and the opportunities will flow!

• Participate in morning team huddles and script practices

We meet three mornings a week on Zoom to learn and grow together. The very best partners commit to being in office at least three days a week when not on appointment.

• Participate in team activities like client events, call nights, and mass action days

We all work together to pull off meaningful events for our clients and prospects, and set aside special times once monthly for massive action in office.

• Fully engage in weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

• Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
