• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with James Adams to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
• Provide comprehensive written feedback to help refine clients' home search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of James Adams and his clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team standards
• Participate in team events and activities according to team guidelines
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
• Record and manage tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

$40,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
